Part analytics champion and part campaign design guru. The objective of this role is to generate key customer insights and use these insights to enhance customer value

Analyze customer base to derive key insights using data mining techniques

Create customer segments that are in-line with key business use cases and services, such as Fintech, home broadband, devices, etc.

Develop strategies of how to maximize value creation from key customer segments

Design, develop and deploy targeted campaigns with the aim to enhance customer usage, revenue and base engagement

Support in development of a monthly campaigns calendar with specific KPIs like incremental revenue, upward migrations, up/cross-sell, retention, renewals, etc.

Be responsible for the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from pre-analysis, campaign design & execution, to post-analysis and campaign enhancement

Maintain a comprehensive documented catalogue of campaigns and offers

Responsible for developing offers based on real-time triggers (like call drops, geo-location, recharge voucher activation, etc.)

Develop a multi-channel CVM approach with offers designed for & targeted via SMS, outbound calling, out/inbound IVR, email, USSD, digital & social channels to provide customer with an omni-channel experience

Utilize output of machine learning models like churn prediction, SNA and various regressions models with tailored campaigns

Propose new models based on key customer insights to Data Science team

Design and maintain campaigns based on recommendation engine, with preferred channel and preferred time to communicate

Run thorough post analysis using visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI, present to management and consume key insights to improve campaigns uptake

Create campaign business cases focused on profitability

Work closely with technical teams to ensure campaign management tool (SAS) is running as expected and lead any required future enhancements to it

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/computer science from a recognized university.

3-5 years in CVM department (with hands-on campaign execution experience) or similar function within the telecommunications industry; having additional hands-on analytics experience will be considered a plus
