Participate in the achievement of the Section’s objectives by performing and supporting various facilities management related activities.
Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the Section to enable the department to operate efficiently.
Administer product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Develop, launch and manage product-marketing initiatives and meet customer retention, revenue and usage targets.
Business Development Planning - Create / review business case(s) for launching products and services to maximise the product revenue - impact short, medium and long term.
Enterprise strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and execution (PMO).
Develop specific campaigns based on the market research to improve stc Bahrain’s market share.
Assist the Manager in product development process with an emphasis on creating profitable revenue and market share opportunities.
Support in conception, development, implementation of services and products to maximize ROI of the existing infrastructure.
Negotiate and liaise with partnerships and alliances to introduce outsourced products and services and ensure processes and procedures are in place to facilitate sales opportunities through third party channels.
Participate in commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
Compile list describing product or service offerings and sets prices or fees.
Coordinate promotional activities and shows to market products and services.
Liaise and coordinate with other departments in the organization to ensure a close co-operation for the development of new as per the specifications.
Provide Sales team with support in order to increase the customer base/revenue, through meetings, presentations and proposals.
Manage SLA’s with internal stakeholders (IT, Network, etc.)
Perform other duties as requested.
