Develop and direct the Product Management, Planning and Development of the Business portfolio. The role will also be responsible for the planning and development of the Business overall products & marketing strategy

Translates and cascades the corporate strategy into division and departmental business plans and oversees its execution 

Directs own division's activities by managing the department managers within the division to ensure they are constantly aligned to stc Bahrain's business goals and performance targets

Approve sectional policies, procedures, systems and frameworks as developed by subordinate sections, to ensure efficient and streamlined operations

Ensure the tracking of overall departmental performance against specified KPI’s and report this information on a regular basis to higher management

Manage and Control the Budget of the department by allocating financial resources and operating within specified limits and guidelines

Develop and own the execution of Business product strategy and planning which aligns to the Sales strategy and Sales targets to ensure the appropriate planning for delivery and product execution.

Own Business Telco and ICT service lifecycle, revenues and profitability including managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, IoT, energy management, etc.

Manage Telco and ICT portfolio to drive acquisition and grow Telco and ICT subscriber base

Review and approve Telco and ICT service roadmap

Define service pricing guidelines and review business cases of services

Oversee Telco and ICT service development and improvement, and monitor implementation of Telco and ICT products/ services

Oversee design and implementation of Telco and ICT bundled services

Oversee negotiation and management of partners required for development of services

Oversee Telco and ICT service commercial launch in coordination with technical, commercial and regulatory counterparts

Ensure collaboration of product team with CVM & Analytics on development and launch of up-sell/ cross-sell/ retention campaigns

Ensure collaboration of product team with MarCom on development of Telco and ICT service communication plans and briefs

Ensure that product team supports Corporate Business Sales, SME Sales, and Business Operations by preparing relevant support material for sales and support agents

Liaise with Digital Services & CEX to gather feedback on customer journeys and experiences

Develop demand generating campaigns based on the market research to improve stc Bahrain’s business market share and revenue share.

Perform other duties as requested.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, IT or Telecom Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university 

MBA or Master’s Degree is a preference

Min 12 yrs of multifunctional experience. The incumbent should have spent more than 5 yrs at Sr Manager Level managing cross functional teams.
