Build and lead the gaming services portfolio by analysing games, launching Esports Tournaments, designing digital gaming experiences and finding key insights to increase player enjoyment, and thereby virality, engagement, and monetization 

Drive the product strategy, execution and GTM plans for Gaming products and services with end-to-end ownership of the KPIs.

Create and design innovative gaming concepts that attract customers from different segments

Develop and maintain Gaming Services roadmap

Solicit, collect, and assemble customer/end-user/market feedback and requirements

Engage and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, finance, PMO, technical teams and Partners

Incorporate feedback to product vision, requirements, specifications, critical metrics

Represent stc and provide thought perspectives in external meetings with partner executives and group alignments.

Manage the Gaming Services commercial launch in coordination with technical, commercial and regulatory counterparts

Develop promotional activities Gaming Services 

Support Communications & Branding in the development of service communication plans and briefs

Coordinate with Sales and Customer Services to prepare relevant support material/ guidelines for sales and customer service agents

Own adoption of stc gaming platform and collaborate with developers and platform partners

Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends

Use analysis and gaming industry expertise to source and develop new partner opportunities

Design key features and layouts in collaboration with the digital team

Capitalize on Big data to measure progression and optimize game economy

Create A/B tests to optimize engagement and sales

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing from recognized university. 

Min. 5-7 yrs of product development experience with around 3 years in managing, gaming business with partners and Telcos.
