Lead stc Bahrain’s marketing and communication activities to ensure the roll out of the stc Bahrain brand and associated messages through strategic communication.

Participate in the achievement of Communications & Branding Section's objectives by performing marketing and communication related activities.

Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the Communications & Branding Section to enable the section to operate efficiently.

Coordinate communication and branding activity for stc Bahrain and regularly report to/update Manager Communications and Branding to ensure their seamless execution.

Execute internal and external communication plans by defining audience, tools, messaging, frequency, measurement to position and communicate stc Bahrain’s brand, values and key messages in alignment to corporate strategy.

Lead and execute all advertising jobs in-line with the annual marketing plan and strategy.  

Responsible for all ATL / BTL in several languages that are required.

Make sure all internal briefing is complete; and well converted into advertising briefs before they are shared with the agency.

Work with Channels (Retail & Distribution partner of stc) to make sure all campaigns are well installed and posted in shops, outlets and digital channels and touchpoints, in addition to managing their MARCOM requirements.

Responsible to maintain stc BHI and deliver and execute strong Brand ideas and content regularly.

Make sure to manage the campaign throughout the product life cycle by presenting and executing a solid go to market plan in terms of communication, segmentation, performance, engagement and awareness.

Focus on supporting stc Bahrain’s internal requirements; such as CSR calendar, internal branding, etc.

Align with other MARCOM and non-MARCOM divisions such as, media, digital, website, call centre, sales, and PR.

Lead marketing and communication campaigns by overseeing their implementation across various sales channels to ensure maximum leverage of marketing and communications efforts.

Monitor, evaluate, and report the cost estimates and invoices received and make sure all payments are done on time.

Update campaign presentations template for internal circulation.

Source regular suppliers (distributors and media buyers) and maintain ongoing relationships.

Perform other duties as requested.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications from a recognised university.

Min 8 yrs of overall experience with 5 years or more spent in managing operational roles independently
