To manage stc Kuwait account end-to-end and to handle E2E service, network, complaint, financial & performance management operations.

Coordinating with business & BI teams to ensure effective execution of digital onboarding of customers and managing their ad-hoc inquiries within the agreed standard operating procedures

Monitoring efficiency and collaborate on day-to-day basis with service teams stationed across multiple service centers to ensure service requests raised by the customers are met within the SLAs

Manage the ongoing relationship and handling day to day operations directly with authorized service providers, including follow-up and resolution of potential complaints

Collaborate with call center, internal teams, and authorized service providers to resolve customer’s query, complaints, and disputes

Conduct financial reconciliation and coordinate with respective team internally and externally for settlement of payments.

Prepare analysis and performance reports across all the above sales, service, support and operational KPIs

Perform other duties as requested.

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/supply chain from a recognized university

2-3 years of experience in Network/ relationship management in TPA (third party administrators) or Claim management in Insurance Company and Key account/ vendor management
