Draft, review and assess contract documents with vendors, submit for outside legal review as needed, and ensure compliance with stc Bahrain’s policies & procedures and the Bahraini legal system.
Recommend contract changes and contribute as required for negotiations.
Review and coordinate internally and with outside legal counsel the handling of lawsuits against the corporation, subpoenas, gathering and review of records, coordination and assistance with depositions related to such legal matters.
Support the Manager - Legal Affair in provision of legal support to all stc Bahrain organisational units and support the business objectives as required.
Develop and maintain customers’ terms & conditions and non-disclosure agreements.
Contribute in developing sectional policies, procedures, systems and frameworks to ensure efficient and streamlined operations across the Legal Affairs Section.
Participate in the achievement of the Legal Department’s objectives.
Provide legal support to all internal stakeholders.
Contribute in the day to day operations of legal department.
Perform other duties as requested.
