Participate in the achievement of the Sector's objectives by providing administrative support to the sector and Chief.

  • Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the assigned Sector.

  • Provide administrative support to the CXO including:

    • Diary management

    • Flight and hotel booking

    • Filing

    • Typing and document formatting

    • Call screening and responding

    • Stationary ordering

    • Consolidation of expenses

  • Provide administrative support to the Sector including all tasks as listed above and:

    • VISA processing

    • Internal meeting coordination (invitations, room booking, refreshments, minute taking)

    • Catering and arranging equipment for meetings/away days etc.

    • Internal information gathering

  • Provide other administrative support to the Sector as required.

  • Perform other duties as requested.

  • Secretarial qualification from a recognized institution.

  • 2-4 years of Secretarial experience supporting a large team.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Advanced business correspondence writing & Excellent Presentation skills

  • English and Arabic language skills.

  • The position is open only for Bahraini nationals.

  • The monthly salary range would be from BHD450 to BHD500 + benefits.

  • The position will be hired through our outsource partner.
