Job Objective

To lead commercial performance analytics, with a focus on deep-dive analysis & generate actionable business insights. To track performance across key products & services, enabling consumer business to generate more value and reduce churn.

 

Job Specifications

Develop performance tracking dashboards (in Power BI), to support product & growth teams and business operations.

Extract data-driven actionable insights from big data systems facilitating experimentation.

Run various analyses like funnel analysis, affinity analysis, RFM, cohort analysis & customer segmentation.

Run scenario-based deep-dive and root cause analysis to understand customer behaviour.

Measure the performance of CVM campaigns and solutions, including impact of A/B tests & incremental revenues.

Develop models to analyse customers interaction and product-level profitability per stream.

Support in business case development & analysis for new and existing product and service offerings and promotions including revenue, pricing, and profitability.

Track stc’s digital footprint & effectiveness of key user journeys via funnel analytics, including impact on core KPIs.

Perform ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis for management when required.

Be able to effectively visualize data into stories and present key insights to senior management for decision making.

Lead key data integration and data requirements for CVM team which involves business understanding of data needs & integrating from various sources to create a single view.

Data Operations:

Lead data-related discussions & requirements from the CVM side and liaise with data teams (big data team and performance management team)

Change Management, Continuous Improvement and Compliance

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the department’s systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices, improvement of business processes and cost optimization.

Research relevant regional and global market trends to stay up to date with best practices and drive relevant initiatives for improvements.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, as well as to controls related to quality, health, safety, and environmental management, guaranteeing employee and assets safety and legislative compliance.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Business / Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering or any other related field

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering or any other related field or MBA
