Individual contributor role as part of the Digital Marketing team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion.

  • Understand the workings of AdWords’ programs and search engine optimization towards promoting appropriately the profit goal of the organization and is able to create them.

  • Optimize content for the products, services and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc

  • Work on SEO of the website pages & conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies.

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals

  • Manage end-to-end digital project along with in depth funnel management

  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.

  • Lead the creation of digital content (e.g. landing pages, social content, emailers, etc.. )

  • Managing and optimizing CTAs, landing pages of paid search engine, and the lead generation forms to drive website traffic and acquire leads

  • Manage the digital agency relationships of the organization

  • Plan and oversee execution of campaign schedules and budgets

  • Maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and in-depth analysis, with daily, weekly and month tracking. Research and analyse advertising links of the competitors.

  • Develop and execute action plan based on the analysis findings.

  • Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analysing data and identifying trends and insights.

  • Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs

  • Optimize the marketing conversion paths and lead-to-customer conversion rate.

  • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.

  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product owners to ensure the development and execution of the digital strategy and leads quality

  • Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns.

  • Build social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research, by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.

  • Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility.

  • Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap.

  • Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, engagement rates, etc.

  • Collaboration with each team responsible for social media posts, emailers, etc. to optimize performance and timely implementation.

  • Perform other activities as requested.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other relevant field.

  • 8 years of overall experience with 5 years or more spent in managing operational roles independently 


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
