Eligibility:
All permanent employees of stc will be allowed to apply for all advertised jobs posted in the stc career portal.
Employees in the final counselling or dismissal steps of a corrective action process are not eligible to apply for the posted vacancies.
Non-Managerial roles: Employees must have been in stc for at least 2 years and achieved a performance rating of 3 and above in the last two performance cycles.
Managerial and Directorial roles: Employees should have a service tenure of 3 years at stc and achieved a performance rating of 3 and above in the last two performance cycles.
Career progression: To apply for a higher position there should be a gap of 1 or 2 job levels between your current role and the role you are applying for. For instance, an employee at Lead level can apply for a Managerial position while an Analyst can apply for an Executive position.
Selection process: Shortlisted applicants will be invited for internal interviews for the role and required assessments.
