Digital Marketing Associate (Outsource)

Job Objective

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, with a strong focus on social media and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing)

Create and manage lead generation campaigns via sponsored ads on Google Ads and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

Analyze and report on campaign performance, focusing on lead generation metrics to optimize ongoing efforts

Collaborate with various product teams to create targeted marketing campaigns that align with product launches and updates

Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that support lead generation efforts

Manage content creation for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility

Post regularly on social media proFles and manage these handles to engage audiences effectively

Coordinate with various third-party creative agencies to ensure the execution of marketing initiatives

Optimize the company website for improved SEO performance and user experience

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure a competitive advantage

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related Field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional Experience

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or telecommunications

Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating compelling content

The position is open only for Bahraini national.

The position will be hired through our outsource partner.
