ICT Delivery Lead (Cloud)

Job Objective:

To oversee the delivery of Cloud services, ensuring smooth implementation and operation, while maximizing subscriber satisfaction and retention. This role will also involve responsibilities related to DevOps and security practices within the context of Cloud services delivery.

Job Specifications:

Implement and manage the delivery of Cloud services, including setup, configuration, and maintenance, to meet subscriber needs and requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Cloud services into existing infrastructure and workflows.

Monitor and optimize the performance of Cloud services, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks to ensure reliability and scalability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to subscribers and internal teams, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Develop and maintain documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices, to facilitate the delivery and support of Cloud services.

Implement DevOps practices to automate and streamline deployment, testing, and monitoring of Cloud services, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.

Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect Cloud services and data, including identity and access management, encryption, and vulnerability assessments.

Development and implementation of new Managed Cloud services offerings, defining requirements, and coordinating launch activities.

Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure alignment with service delivery standards and requirements, and to address any technical or operational challenges.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of Cloud services delivery, DevOps, and security practices.

Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to design and implement any scalable software services.

Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proficiency in English language
