Cloud Services Specialist
Job Objective:
To define the Cloud services strategic objectives and plans, in coordination with the Manager Cloud Services, and drive their implementation, in alignment with the overall Business sector’s strategy; Lead improvement initiatives for products and services in order to meet customer satisfaction, profitability targets and drive expansion across the Business sector.
Job Specifications:
Maintain the Cloud service portfolio (e.g., IoT including energy management) to drive acquisition and expansion of Cloud subscriber base in Business sector.
Assist with Cloud service development initiatives and execute the implementation of products and services in order to successfully support enhancement across the function.
Support the conceptualization of product requirements and handover functional and technical analysis to applicable technical teams.
Liaise with partners and alliances to introduce Cloud products and services, ensuring processes and procedures are in place to facilitate sales opportunities.
Handle Cloud service commercial launch in coordination with technical, commercial and regulatory counterparts.
Propose and manage promotional activities for Cloud services, review Cloud BTL offers provided by CVM & Analytics
Support Marketing in the development of Cloud service communication plans and briefs.
Coordinate with sales and Business Operations to prepare relevant support material/ guidelines for sales and support agents.
Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or any other relevant field.
Proficiency in English language
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
