Executive Telesales (Outsource)
Job Objective
Sales operations: Supporting identifying, engaging, and converting leads into sales through proactive outbound calls and effective follow-up strategies with telesales team.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our telecom products and services, articulating their value propositions to prospective customers.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the telesales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales process.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to enhance sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualification & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Language: Arabic & English languages are preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related sales role, preferably in the telecom, fintech, Insurtech, or another technologically advanced industry.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and have a positive attitude towards challenges.
Professional Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
