ICT Presales & Solutions (Cloud) Specialist
Job Objective
Provide presales support, identifying client product and service’s needs, and design a comprehensive client solution based on client demand and internal capabilities in order to help in the achievement of sales goals according to the sales plan.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to providing presales support to Account Managers across verticals to ensure the achievement of function’s business objectives.
Coordinate with relevant sales teams to successfully engage with all presales activities and contribute to driving sales revenue across the department.
Identify and analyze sales opportunities in the pipeline in order to participate in the achievement of Cloud Presales & Solutions objectives.
Respond and address customer requests promptly to contribute to enhancing the sales cycle time.
Provide support to key customer contacts to obtain a better understanding of their requirements, especially in the cloud migration and optimization in support of opportunity generation.
Perform daily operational activities to assist with maintaining required procedures, documents and policies related to sales including offering support with preparing proposal / tendering templates to ensure compliance across the department.
Identify and focus on correct deals to help meet sales targets from Cloud Services in particular and other business solutions in general in step for enhancing Business growth.
Assist with reviewing all submitted business opportunities in order to make a valuable contribution in improving sales closure rate.
Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or any other relevant field.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional certification required. (Additional AWS certifications preferred)
7 years of experience preferred working as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on AWS solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing AWS solutions.
Experience on working with security vendors or Microsoft technologies is a plus.
