Mobile Services Lead
Job Objective:
Lead the implementation of Mobile Services strategic objectives, in alignment with Telco Services department’s business plan and strategy, by leading improvement initiatives for products and services in order to meet consumer satisfaction, profitability targets and drive growth / expansion across the Consumer sector.
Job Specifications:
Lead the lifecycle implementation of assigned Mobile products and perform complex analysis to come up with insights and opportunities for voice plans.
Contribute in the implementation of the strategy for Mobile products and services to meet agreed targets.
Develop product & services business plan describing business opportunity, key resource requirements, timelines, competitive environment, pricing, positioning… etc.
Run analysis on various parameters such as marketing effectiveness, target market profiles, impact assessment on existing products and other distribution considerations for Mobile products.
Conduct price sensitivity analysis to understand impacts of applying different pricing to various products and service offerings and promotions.
Run analysis on pre/post and target vs. control methodologies (usage, revenue and engagement) along with a focus on reducing customer churn.
Evaluate performance of product and services and identify potential improvement opportunities in existing products and propose plans to continue growing revenues across all P&S portfolio.
Lead product project management for Mobile services through in-depth understanding market trends, latest products and services, leading technologies to generate ideas for new business opportunities.
Participate in the successful launch of the Mobile products by developing associated promotions, designing communications for customers, creating campaigns and reviewing service descriptions.
Lead the portfolio of Mobile products by liaising with relevant technology teams to implement enhancements.
Incorporate Mobile products and services into the wider portfolio of bundles and packages.
Perform other duties as requested by higher levels of supervision
Change Management, Continuous Improvement and Compliance
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the department’s systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices, improvement of business processes and cost optimization
Research relevant regional and global market trends to stay up to date with best practices and drive relevant initiatives for improvements.
Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures, as well as to controls related to quality, health, safety, environmental management, guaranteeing employee and assets safety and legislative compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing from a recognised university.
Min 8 yrs of overall experience with 5 years or more spent in managing operational roles independently.
