Responsible for the overall management of commercial plans and to lead implementation of all commercial strategies to ensure business objectives are met. The role is responsible to lead commercial activities across all products & services, marketing, sales, customer care, and business development

  • Deliver strategic and operative leadership for the Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Care team in pursuit of the company’s overall business goals. 

  • Create and execute commercial strategies aimed at accelerating growth.

  • Establish relevant business KPIs for the company to track.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company. 

  • Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.

  • Manage the commercial and sales teams with the goal of improving key metrics.

  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.

  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.

  • Study industry trends and create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities.

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and make sure they are met.

  • Ensure all business activities are in line with the organization’s objectives.

  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at accelerating the company’s growth.

  • Create long-term partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other external parties to ensure smooth operation of business operations.

  • Assist in the development of budgets and other financial systems within the company.

  • Follow up on daily achievements and provide frequent updates to the CEO.

  • Review financial reports and budgets to monitor performance against set objectives.  

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing / communications / IT or any other related field  

Proficiency in English and Arabic language 

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
