Coordinate development of Business corporate strategy including cascading of strategic priorities into initiatives
Develop Business financial plan and budget based on inputs from Business functions
Cascade financial plan into granular targets for revenues, sales, etc.
Develop dashboards to track performance and progress of Business sector across priorities
Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and provide progress updates to management
Build customer intelligence
Analyze competitors’ strategy, services, prices, etc. and disseminate results to concerned functions
Monitor competitor moves, and analyze potential market opportunities or threats
Conduct global benchmarking and learn about competitive strategies of other operators
Collect and prioritize Business requests for Application Development and Analytics
Coordinate development of yearly roadmap for Application Development and Analytics
Support functions in defining and detailing their requirements
Monitor the implementation of requests and ensure adherence of stakeholders to committed timelines
Manage coordination between stakeholders and delivery team (e.g., during testing)
Act as Quality single point of contact within Business sector to support central Quality function
Define guidelines for Business users to develop processes
Review processes developed by Business users to ensure adherence to quality standards
Assume responsibility for the Business sector’s budget, including developing and managing budget and operating within specified limits and guidelines. This includes maintaining vendors and partners payment records and processing them with finance in timely manner.
Ensure the policies, procedures, frameworks and Risk Registers are implemented and streamlined across the business sector.
Assist in evaluation and closure of Audit items on the sector by ensuring consistent follow ups with Action owners, facilitation with Auditors.
Develop the project management approach including training needed for the project team, reporting, structure of the project, frequency of interaction between managers and resources, the number and frequency of team meetings, and the need for and the extent of involvement of external project stakeholders.
