Provide robust support to Consumer Sales to develop Alternate Channels with the aim of increasing sales.

Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the Consumer Sales Dept. to enable the section to operate efficiently.

Lead sales teams and increase sales performance.

Ensure maximum efficiency in sales team performance by maintaining optimum sales per agent.

Achieve set team sales targets, and cascade assigned sales teams individual targets and support team to achieve.

Plan and implement various sales activities by collaborating cross functionally with various internal Departments.

Support sales team by consolidating any improvement points identified and working on resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Conduct market and salesmen visits.

Work on enhancing and streamlining backend processes.

Ensure highest quality of sales.

Training & development of sales agents overlooking and aligning the monthly sales training program set out to sales agents.

Work cross functionally with the sales Team Leaders to capture their requirements and ensure operational processes are set to cater for their needs.

Meet top management and coordinate activities.

Innovate and implement cost saving initiatives.

Ensure customer experience & customer plan awareness through quality calls.

Ensure the level of churn for the sales team.

Monitor and enhance customer experience, customer plan awareness through quality calls and audits to ensure quality sales and minimum churn

Manage the sales team Human Resource related activities including selection, hiring, onboarding, Leaves, warning, terminations etc..

Overlook and manage the cash collection and reconciliation related to sales.

Lead the admin activities to support sales including (resolving IT Issues, Requesting Hardware, ID Creations, email management etc..)

Support on various sales activities by collaborating cross functionally with various internal Departments.

Work in Alignment with IT and relevant teams to enhance systems capabilities and performance of backend agents and sales agents activities.

Coordinate with IT, Finance, Commercial and other departments for various projects related to sales.

Coordinate with Marketing and other departments for marketing requirements and material required by sales.

Responsible for all types of performance reports, commissions calculations and costing analysis.& provides progress reports and presentations top line management.

Responsible for customer technical/operational support by answering various requests and following up internally as required.

Responsible to Audit sales activities to ensure highest quality of sales.

Set stock forecasts and ensure product availability for different channels.

Captures the information of any new product launch and ensure cascading and educating sales and backed agents as required.

identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to increase sales

Perform other duties as requested.

Bachelor’s degree in business/logistics from a recognized university.

5-7 years of experience of Sales Distribution or Sales operation in the telecommunications industry.
