Internship Program

stc aims at contributing towards providing an opportunity to the local students or jobseekers through an internship program. stc’s Internship Program is designed specifically for Bahraini nationals to assist them in attaining an extensive on-the-job training that complements their educational learning.

The program is built to provide a unique job experience to the individual trainee, giving them a feel of the real corporate world and to supplement the knowledge & exposure gained during the phase when they will seek a permanent career opportunity.

The Program will run over a period of 2-3 months dedicated at delivering a high-end on-the-job learning experience.

Application Criteria

We are on the lookout for individuals that would seriously consider the on-the-job training opportunity as a stepping-stone in their career and are willing to provide proactive contribution in the functional domain related to their area of interest. To qualify you must:-

Be between 18 to 25 years of age
Be supported by a strong academic record
